Are you sure? If he or she has been diagnosed, I think you can deal with this fairly easily. Expect that there will be days, perhaps hours where he hates you for no appearant reason. My advice during these times is to give him as much space as possible. He'll talk to you when he's ready. Otherwise, expect a relatively normal roommate.
